Heis a skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist with over five years of experience in high-performance sports.

He holds a B-Tech from GITAM Hyderabad and a Master’s in Sports Science from ISST Pune. He has worked with the Sports Authority of India across seven Olympic disciplines and served as Lead S&C Coach for the Hockey India A Women’s Team during the CWG 2022 prep camp. He also supported medalists at Inspire Institute of Sport and coached the India U-20 Football Team in 2024. His strengths include periodization, injury prevention, ACWR, and applied biomechanics for athlete development.
