Dr. Rakhi Vinay darne

Dr. Rakhi Vinay Darne is a leading sports physiotherapist with extensive experience in injury management, performance recovery, and wellness strategies for elite athletes. She currently serves as the Head Sports Physio for the Indian Women’s National Hockey Team, and has previously worked with top institutions such as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Punjab & Mumbai Cricket Associations, Dr. L.H. Hiranandani Hospital, and the Sheffield Steeldogs Ice Hockey Team (UK).

Her expertise lies in blending modern and alternative therapy techniques—including dry needling, quantum healing, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation—to enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries.

From 2016 to 2020, Dr. Rakhi was the Chief Physio at DBA, where she played a key role in developing a wellness-driven environment for young athletes. Her return marks a continued focus on helping players stay game-ready through science-backed recovery and peak performance strategies.
