Sheis a passionate and driven individual currently pursuing her Master’s in Sports Science at ISST Pune (2023–2025). With a strong academic foundation in education from Dhanamanjuri College of Arts and a growing portfolio in the field of sports science, she brings both versatility and commitment to her professional journey.
Yangreila’s career began as a Primary School Teacher, where she developed core skills in communication, leadership, and multitasking. Her transition into the sports science domain is backed by practical experience, including a Strength and Conditioning internship at Dipanker Badminton Academy, Pune, and a current role as a Sports Science Intern at Reign India Pvt. Ltd. (June 2024 – January 2025). She has also contributed to the Safety and Security Team for I-League club Neroca FC, showcasing her readiness to support athletes both on and off the field.
She holds CPR and AED certification from the Rashtriya Life Saving Society (India) and has completed several adventure and leadership courses, including with Manipur Mountaineering and Trekking Association.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Manipuri, and Tangkhul, Yangreila is deeply committed to athlete development, injury prevention, and high-performance sports environments.
